CrossFit Basics

All new members are required to complete our mandatory Elements Program. It comprises of a mandatory 6 sessions (delivered 3 times a week over a two week period) that emphasis skill development and exposure to the basic movements. It has been designed to help prepare you to enter the main workout group. The workouts at the end of each session will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses.
Our Coaches know that you may be nervous as you start your CrossFit journey. They are well qualified to allay any fears you may have and to make your training as enjoyable as possible. The Community at CrossFit Apeldoorn are also very welcoming and will help you settle in once you join them in the main workout sessions.
