Personal training is one-on-one training with your coach.
It is personal to the athlete as we will work on an individual's specific goals and needs. We will together focus on your strengths and work on your weaknesses.
Your goals can be anything from weight loss to a maximum dead lift or even just a healthier lifestyle.
I have eight years experience personal training and in those years I have enjoyed working one-on-one. I have worked with wide variety of clients with a wide range of goals and needs.
Personal training is available to all members and non-members. For further information contact your coaches to receive a free introduction training session.
